  Andy's is my favorite pawn shop in Fort Smith! I enjoy just going in there and looking at all the neat items they have up on the walls. Everyone is always very helpful. I have been late on my pawns many times and Ed always helps me out and lets me pay late. He is very understanding and eager to please his customers. GO CHECK OUT THIS SHOP!!

  Bought a saw from here the guy insured me that if it quit on me I could return it. within a week of using it it broke but I went in the hospital for a few weeks. After I got out he refused to let me return the saw and laughed at me telling me he would sell me another one. I won’t do business with this Shady store anymore.

  Hello! This doesn't seem to be entirely true. We tell all our customers when they purchase something that if what they buy doesn't work when they bring it home, to bring it back ASAP. You called after over a month wanting to return it, but you did not mention you had been in the hospital. We are one of the only pawn shops that allows you to bring back items that don't work, but we were unaware of the surrounding circumstances.
