  This is the third time we've worked with Phil (two purchases and a refinance) and every experience has been better than the last. He's very thorough, but he also explains complex financial concepts around home finance in a very not-technical way for people like me who think two plus two equals 37 can understand.   We have used Phil's services for 2 of our homes so far, and he's been a breeze to work with each time. Really informative, honest, and makes the process understandable with all the options you could ask for. Buying a house can be extremely stressful, but Phil put us at ease and came through for us without fail. Highly recommend working with him, he makes you feel like you're important which means a lot when you're purchasing a home. His tools on your home report are a nice bonus feature too, really nerd out on that!

  Phil and his team are amazing, he helped me purchase my first home years ago and just took me through an upgrade to my new home in a really crazy and competitive market. Great apps and tools available so that you can really tell what a house is going to cost you so you can make sure you are staying within budget. In a market that had homes accepting offers in the first day, I felt like we were always ready to compete, except for those crazy folks out there paying $150,000 over asking all cash and waiving inspections. Phil definitely talked me though some heartbreaking losses as we had to bid on 8 houses before we got one and he was always calm and sane voice of reason in a crazy market. Highly recommend him and his staff.

  Phil worked with us to get a great deal on our mortgage and just helped us refinance to an even better deal 5 years later. Phil is super friendly and easy to work with - laying out all the options clearly. I tend to be detail oriented and ask a lot of questions and Phil took the time to go through everything with me. I love that I can dial his number and it's always him on the other end - no "press 1 for..." hell, and he is very quick to respond!

  Phil was great to work with! He is very personable. Their entire process is very well orchestrated. The entire process was very smooth. Phil went out of his way to be available when needed. The market for us was such that if you couldn’t turn around an offer the same day you saw the house you were likely out of luck. Phil was ready with pre-approvals and details on costs and terms for different houses as soon as we needed it. We are self-employed and he easily navigated us through what should have been a very complicated loan process. Lastly, I’ll say that I rarely ever had to reach out with questions. Phil checked in periodically to always keep me ready for what was next. Thank you so much Phil!!!

  Phil came highly recommended by my barber and after speaking with Phil the first time, I knew why. Phil is very responsive, personable and makes sure you're comfortable through every step of the process. And he doesn't try and pressure you into doing anything. He provides facts and scenarios and lets you decide what the best option is for yourself and/or your family. He's a really great guy and we probably spent just as much time talking about life, sports, etc. as we did mortgage and refinance stuff. If you're looking for a new mortgage or to refinance, definitely call Phil. Him and his entire staff make the process smooth from start to finish.

  Phil is a really genuine person. He’s a straight shooter who definitely has your best interest at heart. I know that’s weird to say since he’s a sales person, but you’ll understand when you give him call. And trust me he will respond immediately - it’s impressive.
