      I feel like this credit union actually cares about me. I have had a few loans with them, without hesitation. They are always so super friendly, and make everything very easy, I have t needed to actually go into a branch in a long while, bc there online service is so Wonder. I have never had to wait long on the phone, or there chat service. Thank you guys so much for all you have done for me!!!

      Financed my dream car through these folks last year and they have been wonderful and transparent through the whole process. I paid off the car yesterday and even though i paid them after hours, the account was updated instantly and it was an easy process. Hopefully i can finance my next car through them. Rivermark is great to work with.

      I have banked with river mark for years, this year fell extremely hard on us, not only with the pandemic but we were forced out of our homes during the wild fires. Rivermark Advertised that they were helping people with loans who were directly effected by a level 2 or 3 evacuation. We lived one exit down from canby over in wilsonville and I received a level 2 evacuation text and provided it to Rivermark as prof. They refused to recognize that we were effected due to wording of the warning message specifically stating canby area (I lived one exit down in wilsonville. If I’m receiving the emergency alert obviously I am in the area.) every one saw how bad the smoke in willsonville was. It completely destroyed our new born sons nursery and we were relieved to hear Rivermark was trying to help. Only to be shot down by a small technicality which leads me to heavily believe that Rivermark is not really interested in helping their struggling members. They’re only attempting to look helpful not actually be helpful. We were so disturbed by this misleading hope during such a difficult time that we as a whole family will not be continuing to bank with them going into 2021.

It has certainly been a trying year and we did put together several options to assist our members that were struggling. I can't speak for why your loan request for the fires was declined as I'm not able to look up your membership this way, but I would encourage you to give our loan department a call so we can discuss this with you.       So called to make my car payment with my girlfriends card because we share funds. Mind you I’m a month behind and trying to catch it up. So I call and the lady and after providing her the card info she says they have to speak with the card holder to accept the payment so I 3 way call my girlfriend while she’s at work and she verbally authorized the payment. They then ask her for the card info and my girlfriend says she doesn’t know it and gave her card to me to pay it. So the bank at this point says unless you know the number blah blah. I say hang on I’ll solve this problem, the bank then puts me on hold during which time I send a picture of my girlfriends card to her so she has the numbers. The lady comes back and says sorry but we are refusing to accept your payment at this time.. what kind of nonsense is this. This bank has been nothing but problems every time I deal with them. As soon as I can transfer my car loan to another bank I will be. I will never use Rivermark again.

      Hello Shaun! Thank you for your review of Rivermark. I hope you can understand that we do have to use caution when taking a payment by phone, especially if the card is not in your name. In person, we could take a look at your girlfriend's ID, to be sure that she is the one authorized to make charges on the card. Over the phone it is much more difficult to verify that, and since she isn't on the account or loan, we don't have any way to be sure that she is the card holder. If she would like to come to a branch to make a payment on your loan, please provide her your member number and we will be happy to take the payment from her.       Amazing people amazing place! Justin Taal was outstanding,Helpful and professional. He responded very quickly and efficiently and answer even when I bugged him 10 million times! Justin I appreciate all your help and it’s people like you who make me want to do all my banking with you guys! I came in on Halloween and the staff at cedar hills branch was all out standing everyone in there was friendly, upbeat and super helpful so shout out to Rivermark I’ve already recommended you to several of my friends and I work in customer service field so I am going to share my wonderful experience!!!

      I have been a Rivermark Community Credit Union member for more than 16 years. I can't imagine banking any other way for my personal and business needs. The staff at Cedar Hills are knowledgeable and friendly.

      Every time I've been in there, appointment or not, everyone has been very personable & professional & always taken care of everything I needed. Online is the same way, I cant believe how easy it is to maneuver around their website, like cashing checks & transferring money, I've never been on a website that went so smoothly! I'm so glad I chose Rivermark.

      I only have good thoughts of Rivermark. Every time I want to do something bank related, they make it super simple. When I want to get money or deposit money, it's a painless process. They have very low interest on money borrowed and very high dividends on savings and checking accounts. What I really like is that there are absolutely no monthly maintenance fees, and the attention I could never seem to get at other banks. Thanks Rivermark!

      My car loan was financed through Rivermark Community Credit Union. Initially their website was antiquated and a bit nonsensical, but ultimately it was manageable. Now, however, they've "upgraded" to a new website. The problem is that their new website is no longer capable of connecting to my bank account, and I can no longer pay my car loan without sitting on hold for an hour. It has become evident beyond a doubt that this institution is nothing more that a BAD JOKE. Avoid Rivermark at all costs!

      Hi Jason, We're very sorry to hear about your experience. We do have a new Online and Mobile banking system, but it should be capable of connecting to an external or a Rivermark account. To pay your loan, please log in and click "Pay Rivermark Loans". From there you can choose "From Another Financial Institution" and enter your information. Hope that helps!

      I have been a Rivermark member for 30 years. I was a bit skeptical of the virtual tellers at first, but they actually work pretty well. However, their phone support is poor. On average, you will wait 10-20 minutes on hold. For a financial institution, that is unacceptable.
