  We have been really happy with our experience and Aaron is by far the most informative lender we've worked with. I've worked with lenders who dumb down things too much that they miss providing useful and important information. I asked a lot of questions and Aaron answered them all. He listens and gives valuable advice and ideas. He provides a lot of clarity around complex information with much patience. We were very lucky to have our 1st offer accepted after a weekend of housing search and Aaron did not miss a beat.   I was referred to Aaron with Cherry Creek by our realtor and I am so thankful we went to him. He was very informative and educational with us as we embarked on purchasing our first home. He was patient with us and never made me feel like I was asking a dumb question. If we hadn’t written an offer in awhile he would occasionally check in just to make sure we felt supported and that everyone was on the same page. Once our offer was accepted he was in frequent contact and responded to all my questions and concerns in a very timely manner. Only a few minor hiccups throughout the closing process and he was always so diligent to troubleshoot and keep me updated to help the process along. I would 100% recommend and will go to him again when the time comes.
