  Emily Shaw hands down is amazing!!!! In my past purchases with dealerships/salesmen. I cringed just getting out of the car to look. They didn't even give you time to look around. Then the pressure to buy was overwhelming. On top of having to talk to 5 different people to complete the sale. It was nice once pulling in Infiniti that I didn't have vultures all over me. I was able to shop around. It was a one stop shopping experience with Emily from beginning to end. So if you want a great experience and knowledgeable sales rep, Go ask for Emily! Brian And Abby

  Based on past experiences I am skeptical about car shopping, especially at dealers. We were interested in a pre-owned car at Beaverton Infiniti and luckily worked with John Hart. He was so helpful and accommodating that I would gladly work with him to buy our next vehicle.

  TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Took my car in several months ago (towed in). Turned out to be a dead battery. I purchased an "Infiniti battery" from the dealership. Car never quite worked well after that. Twice I had to tow the car back into the dealership because the car would not start. The towing companies could not charge the battery- dead as a door knob as they told me. Each time the dealership said that they could not find the cause for the problem, of course after charging me thousands for other services. I was told to purchase a battery charger and charge the battery every morning, huh?!!! Well, I did that. I took it to an outside service place and they concluded that it was a bad battery, it would not hold a charge. I purchased a new battery and have not had an issue with my car since. By this time, it had been 6 months dealing with this issue. I had spent hundreds on diagnostic tests, towing charges and purchasing a battery charger. I called and emailed the dealership with my concerns, no response. Finally I spoke to Matt in the service department and explained to him my concerns. He was very defensive and said that I needed to deal with Infiniti in regards to the battery. I told him that I am dealing with Infiniti, that is you! He also told me that I did not understand how things work. Excuse me?! You sold me a defective battery and refuse to stand by your product. I was only asking for my money back for the battery, NOT FAIR?!

  Update: There are multiple things that need to be repaired on the car I purchased. Beaverton Infiniti does not stand behind their word, they have no integrity. This dealership is nothing more than fancy marketing dressed up to give you false confidence to get your money. You have been warned.

  Had the best car buying experience ever on a stormy Saturday afternoon. Love their new (to us) location and will definitely be referring friends to go in and ask for John. He was very professional and not pushy at all. From browsing, to test driving, to the financing with Brian, it was an overall great experience!

  If you want to buy a car from Beaverton Infinity please ask for Emily Shaw. I literally was visiting less than an hour and drive home with my Certified 2018 Q50 AWD. Emily was easy to work with not pushy well spoken and knows her stuff. Thank you Emily for the experience I will be back.

  I went into the dealership after reading customer reviews, with the hopes of looking at and driving a few cars they had online. I was greeted by John Hart, who right off the bat, was a pleasure to work with. He answered all my questions without any of the high pressure sales tactics I had experienced in the past when buying a car, and even earlier in the day when looking at other options. After taking a look at the vehicle I left to cross a few more off my list. By the end of the day, I felt confident that John and Beaverton Infiniti were who I wanted to buy from. I made my way back down to the dealership, hashed out a deal, and was delighted when John went out of his way to drive the car back up to Vancouver for me, so I wouldn't have to make an additional trip down to pick it up. Overall - a great experience.
