  We contacted Phil about a pre approval and general mortgage consulting. Professional from the get go Phil walked us through the process and immediately got us a pre approval. We eventually found a home and put in an offer. About a month later we closed. During the process Phil’s team - Vince and Diane - notified us of documents needed and kept us in the loop.   Phil Ganz and his team went above and beyond for my wife and I as we began to look for a new home. We were in a tough situation since our landlord decided to sell the duplex we lived in for 28 years and we were forced out with little notice. After months of living in temporary housing we finally found the one. Phil and his team, knowing our situation, got the closing done in 3 weeks and 5 days!   My husband and I are first time home buyers and were referred to Ryan Skerritt and we couldn’t be happier. He was great! With being a first time buyer this process was all new to us.
