  I am beyond irritated with this bank!!!I had to make an emergency deposit on my way to work just to be told they can't take my deposit if I don't have my account number with me!!! I had my ID my social anything they needed to look I up. but the teller just looked at me and said you need to have your account to make a deposit then turn around and continue as of I wasn't standing there! I didn't have any more time to waste but I am closing my account as soon as I can change my automatic deposits to another bank.

  I went to this bank about 5 months ago for a business checking account. I was told a pot of incorrect information in order for a teller to get his kickback. I opened a business account and ended up receiving tons of fees. I then closed the account and went elsewhere. Recently I needed to get a cashier's check for my down payment on my house. I went to Wells Fargo in Key Largo since it is the only bank other than driving to Miami I could do this. They would not help me because I did not have an account and the lady was unable to speak english. Soo irritated I left and drove 45 minutes to another bank to get this settled. I will never be part of this bank due to the poor customer service I have received twice now. Frustrating....

  I have been dealing with this branch for years. All the tellers are super nice. Big cheers especially to Ms Sanchez- always a big smile:-)
