  Coming from someone who didn't know anything about the home buying process I really did not know the importance of having a good lender. I thought they qualify you and give you money. BOY WAS I WRONG! From start to finish Petya was there to answer any and all questions at any time of the day and trust me we had tons of questions. She walked us through the process and made it as easy as possible. We thought we might just go with our own bank but they just didnt provide the personalized service that Petya brought to the table. She is extremely knowledgeable in this industry and I am thankful that we found her becuase without her we wouldn't have been able to get our dream home.   Petya Mclaughlin is an excellent professional and a wonderful person. We have bought and refinanced properties with her 3 times and it is always an easy and straightforward process. She is knowledgeable and it is a pleasure to work with. When we bought our current house we went on vacation in Europe for 3 weeks right after we opened Escrow. Petya handled everything on her end and I was able to read and approve all documents online. Once we were back, we met, went over the paperwork once again and closed. Highly recommended if you are looking for a solid professional that is very pleasant to deal with. Not to mention that she always has the best interest rates!
