  I was closing on a house in a new city before I even moved there, and while being in the midst of a brand new job. And Patrick and team made it a breeze. They took care of everything, and had an easy way for me to provide information, and documents digitally, so I always knew where everything was and never had to resend. They handled all of the back and forth with the lenders, the title company, the seller, and my realtor. I would recommend them to anyone that wants to have a successful and painless lending experience, and a broker that’s looking out for YOU.
