  It was a pleasure working with Milo. Being a first time home buyer, we weren't quite sure what to expect in this process, and quite frankly were a little intimidated. Milo made things very clear and concise. There were no surprises, and to be honest it went so smooth we were thinking, "something can't be right here." Milo was always willing to help explain the purpose of certain docs and why they were needed. To top it off he got us an amazing rate.

  We worked with Mike after trying several other companies and individuals. The reason was the clarity and communication that Mike offers. Any time we had a question on the numbers he provided an explanation and a clear understanding of all the cost associated with our refinance. No hidden numbers or surprises like we experience with other people. He also was very responsive to all our questions and replied in a timely manner.

  I have worked with Milo Grecian from Mission Home Mortgage twice now. First for my original home loan 2 years ago and a couple of refinances. He is very prompt and extremely easy to work with. He is also quite knowledgeable and was patient every time I went to him with questions and explained things in detail. I would definitely recommend Milo to anybody looking for a consultation with a home loan lender.
