  Jon has now helped us with 2 loans. He got us in touch with the Chenoa Fund when we started looking into buying. With his help, we were able to get down payment assistance that is totally forgivable. We just refinanced the house because the rates are so low that we will be saving hundreds of dollars each month. Jon is the fastest closer I have ever worked with. He responds to emails, typically within 20 minutes. He takes your calls and answers all of your questions. I definitely recommend him.
