  Nathan and his whole team are absolutely wonderful to work with! We used them for both our home purchase and re-fi. From the start of the process ,the application to the time of funding each step was explained to us and we never felt as if we were in the dark of what was happening. Every member of the team is kind and patient and made sure we felt comfortable with every aspect of the our loan process. They even made sure to walk us through the e-sign sign-in and explaining our documents. We will always use the Jensen group and will feel good about referring them to our family and friends! We are so thankful to have had them on our side!

Nathan and his team showed such grace, patience and care throughout this stressful process. The communications and videos updating me on what step was next helped reduce my anxiety.   Fantastic service and results from Nathan’s team at WaterStone mortgage. I am moving in from a different state, I think it is important to use a mortgage that has a local office and team as they better understand the market. Communication through every step of the process was done. They also use email with a video that was sent at each step of the process. The video were very informative and help lower the stress of not fully knowing a mortgagee process. The process of providing documents was done online with a special security sign on to be sure all of your information was seen by only the team. The fees and rates are very competitive, as I compared the process , fees and rates to a different company, because of a employment benefit. I would not hesitate to use Nathan and his team again and recommend him to all my family and friends.
