  For a mortgage company, don't pass Waterstone up. I've dealt with them in the past and always received top notch service with extremely competitive rates. There's multiple people that will handle your loan after the initial meeting so don't be alarmed by that. What you will get is highly attentative team that is eager to help you get through the process in the quickest time they can. If you're rate shopping don't just get the lowest rate because you may end up paying more in the end. Service and follow up is a huge factor when finding the right mortgage company to help you get the house of your dreams.

  Bill and his team showed expert service on my refinance. It was an out of state transaction that had a few twists and turns that Bill’s team handled well.   Bill and his team at Waterstone Mortgage were amazing to work with throughout our entire home buying process. My husband and I were first time home buyers so we had a lot of questions and Bill was always available to help answer our questions and educate us throughout the process. He provided us with a variety of different examples based on our budget for purchase price, closing costs and monthly mortgage payments so we knew what to expect at each price point and worked with my husband to help drive up his credit score so we could lock in the best terms and interest rate. He also recommended a great realtor who was very experienced and was amazing to work with! Once we were ready to make our first offer- Bill took the extra step to call the listing agent to reassure her of our loan and the updates his team would provide every week during escrow. Working with Bill and his team made escrow a breeze and we are so happy he was able to lock us in with such a low interest rate and even shopped around our PMI to get the best rate. We are so happy with the decision we made to work with Bill and will be recommending him to anyone we know who is looking for a good mortgage broker!
