  My experience has been horrible and disappointing. I am highly dissatisfied on the quality of service I did received while I was a member and found out the hard way it was a waste of my resources & waste of my time. PenFed did not honor the original conditions of the lock rate for my loan and tried to sneak in a higher rate that would only benefit them. I feel that every PenFed member should always receive transparency & good customer service but fails short...emphasize on "WASTE OF TIME." I feel better to now that I closed my accounts so I don't have to waste anymore time with PenFed.

  The staff at PenFed were extremely professional and accommodating when I needed a cashier's check in a hurry. I have accounts with a competitor of PenFed and was not able to be accommodated by my other bank. PenFed came through when I was in a bind and they did it with professionalism and courtesy. I appreciate having a brick and mortar bank that is convenient to my home. I look forward to checking out the online banking options and may be able to move my other accounts over to PenFed as well.

  I went to Penferd to open a new account. i was served by Sergio Hernandez Stone Oak Branch. He was very professional, very informative, helpful, warm and very friendly. He took his time to explain all the available products to me. He answered all my queries and needs. He took his time serving me, i wasn't rushed at all. He also demonstrated great customer service. He called and emailed the next day to check if i was satisfied with their services and also if i needed any further information or assistance. I definitely recommend Penfed Credit Union . GREAT SERVICES

  This bank is a joke trust me when I say DO NOT USE THIS BANK they come up with ways to add money to your loan and they close during the week as they please due to COVID like you can’t catch COVID on a Wednesday the staff is rude and unhelpful aswell all around I would rate a 0 if I could STAY AWAY

  Extremely knowledgeable and communicative. Easy to work with! After being laid off for 8 months, I was afraid I would have issues getting a mortgage after receiving a job offer. They have been extremely helpful and wonderful to work with! Highly recommend!

  This location should either adjust the hours of operation posted on their door or allow customers to conduct business between those hours. That way customers don't have to bother trying to come in only to have a representative tell them they are closed (22 minutes early).

  I applied for a auto loan to refinance my car. I am a senior and do no have a lot of credit. I was a single mother with no child support for over 20years and had credit difficulties. I am trying to reestablish my credit but on a tight budget. PenFed approved my refinance so fast. I am so happy. AMAC referred me to them. Thank you PenFed!
