  We HIGHLY recommend Colonial National Mortgage!!! We needed a construction loan to build our home and worked closely with Robert Sparks and Karen Matyear who were extremely helpful throughout our loan process. Robert was a joy to work with. His answers to our questions were easy to understand and he was patience and understanding as navigated our first construction loan. Karen was very diligent in getting us updates throughout the process and helping us through any huddles that we came across. We could not be happier and recommend them for any loan needs.

  If you’re shopping for a home loan, don’t bother looking anywhere else anymore. I did the work for you and found the best advise, rates, and people at Colonial in San Antonio there.   Robert worked with us to meet critical deadlines with our builder to lock in pricing and was pro-active to get appraisals and processing completed in a timely manner to meet those deadlines. Lisa, the operations manager assisting Robert, was always available to talk and work with us for document prep and was invaluable in helping us achieve our goals. Great team.

  Rob Sparks and his team at Colonial are top notch. They were good listeners and because of that I received stellar advice from them on the best product to suit my needs. They are not pushy, did not insist on running my credit in order to discuss offerings, and closed extremely fast. I highly recommend this team. You will not be disappointed. By far my best loan experience thus far.
