Andrea Avolio (#turners_teefies)1Don't bother coming to this branch. They have zero ability to help personal banking customers. It's just for their corporate accounts. They condescending tell you to read the itty bitty sign outside that says it's a 'virtual' branch. Basically, you can use their ATM inside the branch. That's it. They should just close it.

Cristina Alvarado1Do not bother making appointments at this location. Few months back I had an appt only to be told it was cancelled and they called me and left a message. The associate made me feel it was my fault for not checking my messages. (Funny enough the voicemail came in a few minutes after my schedule appt time). They don’t offer solutions nor make an effort to assist you. Just focused on their excuses and being right. I believe it was Nadine that made it right for me. She’s amazing, just to note. Now today I had an appt scheduled at 10am only to be contacted half an hour before my appt to be informed it’s cancelled because the service I need the teller isn’t available. When I called back the employee said they called me earlier (half an hour before my appt?) To inform me they can’t do my service request cause the teller to provide my service wasn’t in. No solutions or offer to reschedule wasn’t offered until I got upset. I told them this was the second time I made an appt and they cancel on me. Do I need to find another branch or they going to try to help me with this appt? Then she tells me the teller that can do my service was there in the afternoon… ok why not start with that? Their mistake… they need to fix it! I’ve been with Chase for years and fortunately never had issues or never had to go to them other than standard banking services. I’ve had a couple of life events recently where I needed services that I get to have as a member of Chase. Unfortunately when the time came where I needed the support of my bank I didn’t get it. Chase, retrain your people on tact, empathy, customer service and simple problem solving skills. You have lost a member.

George Estrada (MightyPutty)1this branch needs to re-train in customer service and also prob change the name. the manager here once got mad at me and refused to let me stand in line until I filled out a deposit slip. every other chase bank I've been to I've been able to sign the check and put my acct number underneath, but not under this lady's watch. so I went in recently with a deposit slip filled out... no tellers. the same lady from last time mentions to me that there are no more tellers and that I'm free to use the ATM for deposits, the one time I actually needed cash back. I explained to her i needed cash back and she said I was welcome to go to any other location but this chase strictly deals with home and business now. if it's no longer acting as a chase bank then change the name. also find someone better to deal with Cust as the lady there is kind of a B.

Clara Gutierrez1Honestly why would you make a bank and not have tellers? I walked in and not one customer was there, only three workers who were not doing anything. Needed to make a deposit with an older bill that the ATM wouldn’t accept and all she could tell me was “sorry closest location is 6 miles away.”

Michelle Diaz5This branch is awesome for an Express branch. I can withdrawal more than $500 from my account. Choose my denominations from $1s $5s $20s and $100s. Also, I like the fact that I can deposit my checks and cash as well and not have to worry about filling slips. I’ve paid my credit card a couple of times in cash, but just won’t give you change. There are no tellers but if I want to deposit in someone else’s account from chase, I can write a check and someone there can help me. Customer service is great. I love the digital wallet, I don’t have to use my debit card anymore. If I need help with my account, why go to the branch? I can just use my chase app!! Now I can connect my Apple Watch and smart phone on the EATM!!!!

Nick Lozano3Teller lines are gone and they encourage you to use the ATMs which were both down. A branch full of workers that can't handle cash is somewhat confusing. Are they specialized bankers? Is it used for office space? If so wouldn't we be better displacing the in house agents into a call center?

Barb Go1This bank has a very cold and uninviting vibe about it! When you walk into the bank it looks empty - looks like no one is there because all the teller stations up front are not being used & they have closed signs...teller is shoved all the way to the back of the bank where the drive thru station is, however they don't provide a drive thru service, even though bank is set up for it...so I'm not sure why teller is confined to the back of the bank. Even though this branch is very close to my home, I try to avoid it.

Denise Ontiveros5Ivette Morentin went beyond her duties to help me and stayed late FOR ME so I could open a new business account. She is one of the rare people capable of figuring out solutions for customers. She remembered me, my unique situation and found a way to help me. This is not always the case at Chase.

Jay K1Try to open a business account at this place . But Ivette is not too helpful at all. They don’t seem like they want my business. I went to the other bank they go out of their way to help me. Because I need some information from the city clerk they did all the work to get it for me . They know I don’t have time to go downtown. Will not recommend this bank at least not this location. The one on Nacogdoches rd is much helpful.

Andy kwak1When i called wasnt helpful at all. Very rude seemed like they didn't want to do anything. In the end, I tried to make an appointment. Customer service rep asked for my number and told me that she will call me back. Never called me back. Never knew making an appointment with chase was this hard.
