  Dan was great to work with on short notice to secure a loan on an investment property in Denver. Would highly recommend him and plan to use him again in the near future.   I’m sure he’s a great mortgage broker, but I would advise against renting from him unless you enjoy superfluous charges eating into your security deposit.

  I was very satisfied with the communication, lower rate secured, and ease of refinancing my mortgage with Dan Phillips and Quickstart Lending. I had a choice to refinance with my current provider which would have lengthened the process an additional 5 weeks. Dan and his team at Quickstart Lending processed faster while locking a low interest rate that will save me money over time. My closing day was curbside signage due to Covid-19. The process was conducted with safety and professionalism.
