U.S. Bank Branch Reviews

Paul Vetrone3Inconsistent customer service. During Covid19 the lobby was closed, understandable, however drive thru hours were reduced as well making it nearly impossible to bank if you worked days. Been a customer here for 10+ years and have seen nice friendly staff and gruff staff as well. Thankfully I do most of my banking online so interaction is not very frequent.
Response from the ownerThank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Paul. We understand the changes in operation are a disruption. We're trying to make the transition as smooth as possible. We appreciate you for taking advantage of our digital services and hope you have a great day. ^Larisa

Nevermiss2shots1I recieved a US Bank check from my employer went to the US Bank to cash, and ask about transfering some of my check to a new Fintech app I provided the "routing number", She didnt attempt to even type my routing number in, she just simply looked at it, and said no... Because she never heard of the FinTech Bank thats also FDIC insured. I was totaly willing to pay a fee to transfer cash over. Wait...why do I have a "Routing number"?? FOR CASH To be ROUTED. Anyways I'd like to see better responses, and explanations as to why exactly I couldn't transfer my money. also maybe try typing in my routing number to actually start with.

Gary Rummage2I've been banking with US Bank for over 10 years and have been visiting this branch for the last 4 of those. It is by far my least favorite branch to deal with. I recently misplaced my Colorado ID, but provided the teller with my debit card. I also had my Student ID, an expired license from NV as well as a current New Zealand driver license. Service was still denied. Next time I'll drop my trousers, spread cheeks and cough. Maybe then they'll believe that I am who I said I was.
Response from the ownerHello Gary, Thank you for reaching out with your review. I know it's frustrating when you're unable to complete the transaction you were wishing to. For security and privacy reasons, we are only able to accept current and valid government issued ID or a current Passport as verification. If you'd like to discuss your experience in further detail, or if there's anything additional we can address, we'd be happy to do so. Please send us an email at [email protected] with your phone number and reference number 6333. Once we receive your number, we'll give you a call within 2 business days. Respectfully^Caitlin

Matthew Singer1I have been a US Bank customer for about 20 years and all of my worst experiences have been at this branch. They should just shut it down rather than provide customers with such poor and inconsistent service.

Desert Dweller1Well after using their ATM and paying the $3 fee I went inside to break down a $20 into smaller bills, after waiting in line I approach the teller and asked if I could 2-$5's and a $10 she asked if I had a account with them, I advised I did'nt but I just used the ATM and had paid the fee she said sorry we only make change for customers. Very sad for a small town bank , your reputation seems right on par with my review.
Response from the ownerGood morning Josh, thanks for taking the time to share your experience. I apologize that you weren't able to get smaller bills. We'd like to hear more about your interaction. Please send us an email to [email protected] detailing the experience you had. In your email, please include your phone number and reference number 4172. We'll give you a call within one business day. Look forward to hearing from you. ^Heather

Elena Ahrens1Branch manager is incredibly rude. Branch had ran our deposit with errors and instead of apologizing she spoke to me rudely. I told her there was no reason to speak with me like that. She continued being rude I was thanking her for time and she hung up on me. My co worker called back to ask her for her managers information and again branch manager was rude and hung up on us. I would not deal with this branch. Staff is rude and not helpful

Melinda Harrington1Terrible bank. Awful bank. Fees galore. Take your money elsewhere. When you write a family member a check who doesn't have an account there, they will charge you an outrageous $7 fee. Unacceptable.
