      DO NOT work with them for mortgages. The worst bank I have ever worked with. Not this particular location, but their national mortgage division. I probably wasted 20 hours of my life working with people that do not understand how mortgage origination works. Stay away.

      It's a bummer but you can't even call the bank anymore. It goes to a message that says call a 1-800 number that tries to sell you a bunch of scams. Its like they just gave up on doing proper business.

      Over the course of my account I had numerous "service" charges that only seemed to happen when it put the account into the negative. Then the would charge an overdraft. Horrible rates as well. I recommend using a different bank.

      Wish I could give negative stars for this particular branch. Pretty evil to close someone's account on Christmas eve. Our family and young children were affected by their negligence and then on top of it they act like they could do no wrong. Disgusting!

      I have received multiple loans from bank of the west in Fraser. They are easy to work with and call everyone by name when you walk in the door. Highly recommend.

      I give the local Fraser branch 5 stars, but the 800 nbr, ugh! If you need something call the local branch. Friendly, accommodating, and professional.
