  We are in the middle of changing from another bank. Couldn’t be happier with the transition, everyone was so helpful and accommodating. Devon is basically our financial advisor and we appreciate all the help with our crazy schedule!

  I'm new to Credit Union of the Rockies, and have been nothing but impressed. Whether at the drive-thru or in the lobby, everyone working at CUR is super friendly and welcoming. I worked with Devon to refinance my vehicle, and her knowledge and professionalism made me feel so comfortable. Looking forward to many more years working with Devon and her team!

  I have been a member of the Elevations Credit Union for 31 years and since moving to Granby, I have been using Credit Union of the Rockies for all of my remote needs. Their service is incredible! Everyone is super friendly and completely on top of their game. I have never had an issue with a transaction. I actually enjoy going through the drive up window and saying hi to the team. They also love my dog Romeo and always give him treats!

  Been at this Bank Credit Union of the Rockies for almost 13 years and the continue to amaze me with their professionalism and loyalty to be there for the customers and especially me as dad and US Marine Veteran! Every done in a fast timely matter and most respectful way. I want to thank Amber Smith and her crew for always being available and efficiently!! They are go, go, go, and done ✅

  I dont have anything bad to say about the tellers. They are very friendly. But don't come to this CU if you want up to date features, such as... instant transfers via Venmo/PayPal.

  This credit union truly cares for its members and the community that it operates in and serves. They love to help people not only achieve their financial goals and aspirations, but also want to educate them on how their money works. They provide a very customer centered focus and sincere appreciation for their members and those that utilize this branch. All of the employees are quality people that provide exceptional service.

  I recently became a member here and I can only say good things about the people and the services offered. The Loan Officer that helped me obtain my first credit card was so friendly and made the process very easy!! Everyone greets you with a smile and makes you feel welcome!

  The staff here are incredibly nice and helpful. I had the pleasure of speaking with Devon in person and she’s very knowledgeable. I also had the opportunity to speak with Joe and Moriah through the drive thru. They both have the best personalities and are always willing to help. I highly recommend Credit Union of the Rockies for all of your banking needs!

  So we used the credit union of the Rockies to finance both of our cars, and some banking... bad idea. We are stuck with them for the duration of the auto loan, and do not do any banking there. They are way behind the technology curve, hard to get ahold of, and if you actually end up in a spot and need some help... don’t count on it. Paula Denton the “loss prevention specialist “ is terrible. She has demanded payment that aren’t even due, has no professionalism, argued with me about not being left a message after I tried to contact her for over an hour, tried to bully my wife. Ah have had many other encounters with financial institutions, Wellsfargo, Chase Bank, JP Morgan, and have never had this sort of nightmare... I’ll be happy when the cars are done just because I’ll be done with them. And you bet I will be having to refinance again just to get away any sooner. So before you do anything here please look elsewhere. I get that they have the community fooled and backed into a corner though but with all the new tech... you can really work with anyone

  My wife wanted to make a change to a different financial instatution. Since I have never had any experiences with credit unions I was reluctant. I myself have about 12 years in financial services. I started as a bank teller and through the years worked my way up to retirement planning. With that said, the credit union has been a great change! I can't really say enough about the staff here. They are always helpful and friendly. They clearly care about what they do and the members they serve. The various services they provide seem to cover the usual gamit of most financial institutions. I only have two reasons for not giving them a five star rating. It's by NO reason a reflection on this particular branch. One they aren't open on Saturdays. Though we have adjusted to it, every now and then things do come up and it's a draw back. The second reason is their online access. We have more then one account and we are not able to access all the accounts with one login and password. I have an account that has a seperate login because I'm the only person on that account. I have to have a different login for the accounts my wife and I have jointly. Again we have learned to deal with it, but with all the technology in our world you think the corporate office would update this. With all that being said, I'm sure we will remain members of this credit union for many years to come. The staff members really do make up for any short falls that are out of their control.

I want to be sure and under-promise and over-deliver here - but we are looking into what Saturday hours would mean for our membership. On top of that, we're not satisfied with our online banking yet - and definitely not until our members are! It's this kind of feedback that helps us get better - we're here to serve!
