  Words will never do justice to the seamless process we experienced buying our 1st home in TX! There were literally zero delays, we were kept in the loop at every step, minimal paperwork and they are just pleasant all around! Working with the PBJ Team really was just like a PBJ sandwich…easy to do, always what you expect and gives you the warm and fuzzies. We highly recommend them for any and all your mortgage needs. You will NOT be sorry!

  I highly recommend Michael and Jacqueline as your mortgage representatives. I have done 3 loans through them (a new home purchase and 2 refinances), and I could not have asked for a better experience. They treat you like family, listen to your needs and concerns, and help get the fit that is right for you. They are SO fast! I could not believe how quick and easy the process has been with them — all 3 times. They do not disappoint!

  Working with Michael and Jacqueline is such a joy! I’m a researcher and a detail person and they don’t mind answering ALL my questions throughout the whole process😁. I worked with Jacqueline when I bought my first home 5 years ago. She made the process smooth and seamless. For someone who didn’t know what they were doing buying their first house, she made it a walk in the park. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! And we were dealing with a super fast close by the seller’s request. We closed in time, with a day or two to spare ☺️ Come back to the present and I chose to go with Jacqueline again, for my refi this time. This time I got to work with Michael as well. They’re a great team! I love how patient they are with inquisitive clients like myself 😉. Not once did I feel as though I asked a stupid question or had a silly concern. They’re truly called to do this line of work and they’re great at it! Again, we closed in just a few weeks and they made it all work out the way the laid out at the beginning of the process. No complaints here! I’ve also sent friends to them as well! Those friends have been so pleased that they’ve referred PBJ to others too.   We started our home buying process in February 2020 and we were referred to Michael Pritschow by our realtor Joe Rutherford. His endorsement was "Michael is your Tarrant County expert". In our opinion, Joe's word is gold so we had a conversation with Michael then did our homework in regards to rates but never even spoke to another lender. I could tell that he was the real deal. The team at PBJ were responsive and all stayed cool and professional even when I was throwing them curve-balls and sliders. The more stressful our situation got, the more they stepped up. They helped to secure my VA loan and got us into our new home on the day they promised they would. I will always recommend this team!
