  Great customer service. Note this is not a bank location. You can not make payments, cash checks, deposit money, or anything like that. This is just a mortgage loacation where they originate and process mortgage loans. Stop in if you need a loan but you will have to go somewhere else if you need a bank.

  Tom (and the rest of the Colonial team) was amazing. Tom ensured my wife and I understood what was happening throughout the entire process, and made me feel more than a customer, more like family. My wife and I could not recommend Tom or Colonial National Mortgage enough if you were considering a new home loan. Easiest and best experience of the five homes I previously purchased. Thanks Tom!

  Absolutely horrendous customer service. I have had to call 6 times in the last two weeks over an issue on their end and no one has corrected it. At least two of the representatives i spoke to were beyond rude and severely unhelpful.

  Scott Fifer with Colonial National Mortgage is great to work with. He helps to make things simple. His communication is like no other. I have used a lot of Mortgage companies in the past and Scott goes above and beyond compared to all the other companies I have dealt with.
