      I walkes into this place and no said anything to me. Warren helped me but he was new. All of the veteran bankers just watched him struggle to explain their bank account options and did not even step in to help. One guy name Ryan didn't even acknowledge me when I was sitting at his desk. He actually signed into his computer and walked away. I was interested in signing up for a business account but the customer service was horrible.

      Outstanding community bank. I have found their employees to be friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help. Their lending staff seems committed to develop long term relationships with business clients. Unfortunately, that seems to be lacking at major banks. I don’t hesitate to highly recommend this great banking organization to local businesses in need of a financial partner.

      This bank used to be a down to earth community bank. They’ve become the worst bank ever. My account went into -.20 because of an unauthorized charge (that was refunded by the company that made that charge the next day). As soon as I saw the -.20 I immediately transferred money from my savings on the same day but the transfer was not posted until the next day, so my ending balance was -.20 even though I transferred money. The next day the refund for the unauthorized transaction came through as well as the money I transferred and I still got hit with the overdraft fee so now my account is negative again. This is a student account so it shouldn’t be allowed to overdraft in the first place. I called and asked them to undo the overdraft fee since I definitely had money in there before they fined me and the lady on the phone refused. She said that policies are policies and that she can’t just give the money back even though I was only negative .20 and it was for a charge I didn’t even make. I hate this bank and their customer service has gone down hill. I’m closing my account ASAP. Don’t bring your business here. Update: I closed my accounts yesterday and now they’re calling me trying to make things right. Yeah right, first I get told over the phone that I’m not getting my money back and that I can close my accounts if I want to and now they want me to come back. To top it off they asked me to remove my “derogatory comment” from google. The only reason they care about me now is because I left a bad review

      Called to get a quote on the 14th and today the 16th I was given a higher price in person and I said that okay then the sale person said they will not able to do the sale until next Tuesday and again I said okay. After listen to excuses and excuses why I should not purchase the item I just walked out. First time I ever been in there and it will be the last.
