Richard Clay1This is an unfortunate situation wherein the South branch of PB&T Bank is currently staffed by seemingly unqualified individuals. With only 1-other customer in the bank I had to actually park my car to go into the bank to get my deposit receipt. Several groups of women were standing around talking, making untoward comments about my having to come into the bank for the receipt. Only 1-old woman was doing anything at all. All the rest were standing around laughing and chatting. The branch needs a new staff or someone to actually manage the employees. If this type of behavior is what is to be expected by allowing women to have access to more important positions, we are all in deep trouble. The first thing to go was, in this case, customer service. What will go next? UPDATE: I related the difficulties with this branch to Sarah Rhule...she had no reply to my comments. UPDATE: It is many months later, due to Covid considerations, and my own laziness, I have not abandoned this branch. I just found out that, without reason, I was charged overdraft fees twice. My checking accounts are NEVER in arrears...I check them daily online. Due to an illegal, heinous behavior, this bank SUBTRACTS debits before ADDING credits. To do this is their choice, usually a bank will resort to these sort of tactics when failing. Subtracting debits before adding credits often, momentarily, throws an account into an overdraft condition. This condition is relieved when the credits are added, but the bank computer nails the account anyway. Again, it is their choice to do this. How sad. How miserable.

Gmanjazz Manning5Nicole is awesome with customer service. The tellers all go over expectation. They recognize me and greet me like my old bank at Safeway Credit Union. Best bank around. Love these great bankers etc.. Hope they get home loans soon

Laura2The bank itself is ok, not unlike many others, not the customer service is hit and miss, some tellers are nice and do thier job well, others one in particular are very RUDE! If you go to the drive through they will ignore you, don't say hi, nothing. Very unhappy with the customer service.

Heather Albanese1Rude! Dont ask any questions or you'll get rude remarks! I Went in to close my account! They charged me a $10 courtesy charge and when i asked why they very rudely said thats just what it is. Im glad i closed my account. I will take my business elsewhere.
