  Absolutely horrible place to bank. I’ve been banking here for 5 years. They aren’t educated on their policies, and someone can steal your card information at any given time. Completely unprofessional, and pawn their mistakes off on others instead of taking accountability. 10/10 do not recommend! Go to ENT!!

  I love banking with them I never have a problem, they are always available to help me whenever I need them I love that they are in Walmart it makes it easy and convenient. Charly the manager is amazing and very friendly and very helpful

  Do not bank with academy since I’ve been with them my card has been replaced 2 times for no reason they said for “security reasons” and now I have charges on my card that I never made I would not recommend this bank it seems if they have no security or care to for your cards and banking I would not trust my money with them ! Also they do not have a phone line open for emergencies or any kind of help ! I’m furious

  The people here were so friendly. They remembered me from the 2 minutes I spent with them 2 weeks before. When I set my account up they were very informative about fees and what my accounts were capable of. I would give them a 6 star but I can't. Great job ladies

  DONT COME HERE! I was not greeted when I approached the bank. Customer service was awful from the beginning. I was being assisted at the walmart Academy bank and questioned what's goin on because the teller passed me my cards without saying anything. They still havent said more that two words but attitude was all over their faces. I made the comment that I have had a bad day and the teller next to whom was helping me started running her mouth so I said she is being rude and another employee came out the back and said we need to leave. She disnt even ask what was goin on. DONT SHOP HERE

  Bank is declining my card transactions. Customer service says to let it decline 3 times than swipe it. So according to academy bank you just have to be embarrassed 3 times before they will let you use your money. Customer service was speaking to me rudely, like I'm an idiot because their card doesn't work. So very unacceptable.
