  Hey for one thing people should learn how to spell before you burn bread on other people and Dulci is good person honest and fair I recommend this shop over any other place I have pawned at Maybe people need to look at how your acting towards somebody who just doing their job!!!!!!

  One of the best pawn shops to visit Great customer service Tina the store manager is very knowledgeable definitely going to visit again i pawn shop quite a bit and First cash is one of the best highly recommend.

  The people here are actually quite amazing. We went to buy a gift and we found the perfect one. Upon hearing who the gift is for the manager made us an offer to double the gift for an amazing out the door price. As we were paying, the awesome lady ( I forget her name but she has been employee of the month) took the gifts and gift wrapped them for us. It was just a great experience at a pawn shop where kindness is usually not found. Thank you.

  This is a great place to call, ask a question, and then wait 10 minutes until you realize they forgot about you being on hold. Then you can call back and the next person answers that same question in 5 seconds and doesn't put you on hold. No consistency in customer service, but the few good employees are great and knowledgeable and the items they carry are good too. 3 stars cause there is always one lazy or ignorant worker that hates their job or just cant do it.

  I've never had a problem with this place. Everyone has always been so nice and helpful. Anthony is awesome, he always gives me great deals on everything that I've ever bought or sold there. He always gives me prices that are fair. That's the only place that I'll go to.

  Dulce is one of the coolest, understanding and most competent pawn broker that i have had the privilege to come across. Being a long time customer who both pawns and buys from First Cash, I was still being rudely dismissed when attempting to take my laptop.

  Gave it one Star because Google doesn't let you choose NO stars. This place has the rudest, nastiest employees. First time back in over 2 years after a previous horrible experience. 2 years ago I witnessed the manager be a complete jerk to a nice old man. I was so disgusted I called the corporate office to let the district manager know. Of course the district manager just made excuses for his manager. There are many pawn shops in Pueblo, I'd stay as far away from this one as possible.

  This place is a joke. From the employees telling you the prices are set to the managers that won't let you look at a as is item before purchase to the yelling & slamming the back swinging doors return procedure from the management. Do yourself a favor & go to 29th st location. Much better staff, great prices & above all else no tuff guy attitude from the managers.

  Purchase a firearm, will not buy from this store again. After the back ground check came back. 2 hours to make purchase, store red tape work that store employees sould have done not costomer.
