  I was recently referred to this bank, specifically to speak with Angela, in regards to becoming a new member of the credit union. There has been recent changes in my current bank and I have been shopping around to take my business else where. Angela was very understanding of my concerns and insured that SSFCU would take care of my banking/financial needs that I'm looking for. Her OUTSTANDING customer service is phenomenal. Even though I was shopping, I did not feel pressured to move my banking right away. She showed me and explained the different products suited to my needs and provided all that information for me to take home. Due to her exceptional care in customer service, I plan to become a member of SSFCU. Thank you Angela!

  I want to start off by saying I have personally been with this Credit Union all of my life. My Mom and Dad started a savings account for me when I was born and I've never left. They also have used the Southside location for more then 50 years. I would 100% recommend and have recommended them to all my family and friends to bank here. I personally would like to Thank Andrea Casados for being absolutely amazing to my mother and I. If you want to be treated with A1 5 star service please ask for her. Andrea is so sweet, respectful, and is on the ball with all your needs. Thanks again Ms.Casados for everything you are truly a godsend.

  Andrea, Stephanie, and Angela are always very friendly, they always great you with a smile! When I went to create an account and got denied, they went above and beyond, and now I have been banking with the company for over a year! They are terrific people!!
