  Everytime I come here there's only one cashier on duty including mornings and afternoons when the place is usually it's busiest. I don't understand why, don't they have more people working here? And the ATM is frequently out of order. Manager needs to address these issues.

  I've never had any issues here with the girls. I only pick up my Western Union or cash a side job paychecks at this location not because i know them or chat it up. I just wait get my money and leave. They have always been professional and tell me when some annoying new Western Union rule would be coming so I can avoid it. I work in customer service for I think the worst customers ever!!! Customers need to understand that the workers do not have any power or obligation to pull strings for you and certainly will not loose their jobs just because you want to be self righteous aholes. Customers today just think they should be catered to get special treatment over all other customers and deemed God like..I don't get that at all. Just come in and do your business and leave.. I'm sure you won't have issues. Be nice to these girls behind the counter who have to deal ppl just like you who have issues and maybe you won't be treated like a jerk.

  IF HELL has a name is " pay o matic on 60-29 myrtle ave "WERE YOU WILL BE TREATED LIKE TRASH BY TRASH this horrible excuse of a human being , behind her glass booth with chapped red lips , horrendous black greasy hair , unpolished foundation and a terrible attitude refused to help me out , I have been a client for a while ,I cash my paycheck every Friday ... I KNOW THEY HATE THEIR JOBS SO im always nice and tip them even when they don't deserve it !! I have NEVER ENCOUNTER an issue until today. I felt as if my business was not important , I stood in line for a while ..and got sent back by this person bc I didn't fill out the proper documentation .. sporting a dismissive attitude , I said .. ok . np ..I did the line again , and she found another 'ISSUE" that has never been an issue before bc I have an account with pay-o-matic I have received payments before, cashed checks with NO ISSUES about my name , I fact i received , sent , and cashed money on friday the 23rd !!! same location ...this girl is NOT deserving of a cust service position , or any position it all until she fixes her attitute

  The fat cashier with the tattoes was very rude and disrespectful....she need to work in a pig farm..
