  I had made an appointment for 5/9/22 at 11am to speak about my auto loan with Bank of America. On the website it allowed me to make an appointment at this branch to speak about my auto loan. I arrive here for my appointment and I am told that they do not have an auto loan specialist here and I can sit with the banker and call the auto loan number or call myself. If this was the case why allow me to make an appointment and come waste my time getting here when I could have done this over the phone. I had the impression I would be able to speak with someone about the auto loan face-to-face.

  This branch on 5901 Myrtle Ave. in Ridgewood is very bad service, if you do not speak Spanish you wait forever to be served ,I was waiting on April 19 at this bank and people are coming behind me speak Spanish to customer service people and they were served before me I was keep waiting forever till I started complaining then I was served with attitude

  Broken and filthy ATM outside. On 12/10/21 I used the ATM outside which was filthy, mind U, we are still in pandemic mode. The line inside was long so I stayed outside. Machine locked my card and did not pay out my transaction. Just finished filing a claim after being on a hold for about an hour. Since it’s a Friday nothing can be done till Monday. Just horrible

  Had a great experience getting my business account setting up there today, the relationship manager Mercedes did a great job on helping set up a small business account. One of the best customer service experience I have ever had. She really took her time to make sure I understood everything, and was very personable.

  I got my first bank account with Bank of America and it was a great experience!!! The customer service is soooo good!! They’re wonderful people! they know how to make you feel safe with them, the will make sure you know everything you need to know! Diana Mendoza is the girl who helped me with everything and she’s the best!!! DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED ✨ They take their time, they’re all very kind and respectful!!! I just loved it there!!!! Highly recommended for anything you need!!! ❤️✨

  I own a small business in the area and have been coming to this branch for more than a year. While the Bank of America corporation can sometimes be difficult to work with (as all banks are) the staff at this location is always available and greets everyone with a smile. Don't understand all the bad reviews on here, personally.

  I was a victim of checking fraud and the heartless bank assistant basically gave me a fat too bad to my face and essentially told me my luck was crap. Worst customer service and issue resolution I have ever experienced. Most flagrant experience...absolutely no sympathy or respect.

  there are never enough tellers available. ive only seen one or max two at a time even when theres a line out the door. update. another day, another line. 10/7/2019 2:47pm. another day another line. 10 people waiting, one teller

  Great experience! Advisor Tadeo Gordillo helped me open a credit card and transfer a high interest loan balance to it. He made the process quick and easy.

  Unprofessional service. Its the second time I went to this location because I wanted to open an account but they didn’t respect my turn. They look for the person with who they wanna take. They don’t care about the customer time. The person name who skipped me is Mohammed.
