  Unflexible and unprepared clerks. To the point that I could describe them as ignorant. So much that their negligence can make them behave discriminatory and xenophobic. It's obvious how these kind of jobs are being replaced by technology. Not only can computers do it better, but it would avoid people who don't care about service to get jobs in these positions.

  I like this location for the convenience, the tellers here's at this location do a good job at accommodating everyone's needs the best they can. Would like for them to tighten up on the long lines and wait time. Other than that, it's good branch.

  Thanks to an error caused by the bank teller Daniella, I had to pay to receive my money after closing out my account. Why? Well because instead of asking how I'd like to receive my money she assumed I wanted cash because "that's how most people want it".

  Omg. I've been here for over an hour trying to get a debit card and deposit a check. I'm appalled. No customer service. Not enough bankers. Not enough tellers. Never again will I step through these doors. There were 10 people on line in front of me when I walked in. An hour later and there are 15 people still waiting to be helped.

  Bank tellers are always helpful and nice. Convenient place to do business. Professional employees in unfriendly environment like this. To much rude costumers - rude amigos I guess!

  The fact that I have to wait 20 minutes after 7pm outside because they have to close is bullshit. I went to use the ATM. I'm pretty sure anyone could care less about the staff closing if they're just gonna use the ATM.

  Very slow long lines waited an hour for something that only took 15 min to do people coming in and out of the back area and then just walk back there again and so or say nothing then one person disappear from customer service and now a longer wait. Unbelievable guess it’s not America’s most convenient bank when you have to wait so long wit hardly anyone in line for customer service

  The manager benny is very rude. Threatened to close my account and acted as if he is above the bank and above the back office. Will not recommend this store. Go to the fresh pond one the staff there is very friendly and caring

  Super friendly staff, helped me out with a last minute emergency, and dog friendly. I've never had a bad experience in a TD bank.

  Terrible customer service! There’s no designated waiting area btw so be prepared to stand while waiting, I advise go else where. Hillside in Queens is the best location
