It was my first time ever going to a retail location of this bank. I went on a Monday at 12:45 p.m. The line was short. The teller was courteous and efficient. He asked if there were any additional things that he could help me with. I was done by 1:00 p.m.

In the movement of #BankBlack I’m trying to be ok with the transition. But I’ve never read bank reviews this bad before. My 3 star rating isn’t real but I had to rate to post this. My question is to the owner. For most of the reviews you say “review has been seen and sent to local branch.” I just wanted to ask has these issues been corrected? Has push signs on door been changed to pull? Has wait times been lowered, has the iPad associate been able to put the iPad down and help guest with banking? I do apologize that i didn’t give Wells Fargo the same attention when opening my account there but I’m older now, with a lot more to lose or gain and i want to be confident that my banking institution share the same sentiments. Are associates happy to have our business? As experts have they begin to work faster to lower wait times? Please be detailed with response and feel free to reach out to me privately if need be.

If 0 was an option I would choose this. It's a busy time of year and an even busier hour in the day. Yet, there is only 1 teller available for non-business bank transactions. The line is currently to the door and yet this is the appropriate time for the teller to take a call.

      Response from the owner

We understand this concern Esmeralda as we know your time is valuable. Thank you for stopping by to share your feedback, it will forward to our branch leaders.

I've been living in the Bushwick/Ridgewood area for more than 15 years now, and been using this location for as long as I can remember. Not to rain on anyone's parade but it's the least loved branch, not only for its inability to survey its client community's needs but also for its poorly groomed appearance. Go to any other branch, and they'll take care of you with flying colors. I always wonder what this is about. It's clear the branch isn't concerned about its clientele. It's a Saturday afternoon, the branch closes at 2PM. It's 1:16 and I have 5 people in front of me, another 8 behind me, and several others waiting to be seen for other matters, with 4 staff members. Just 4 on one of the busiest days of the week at this location. Mind I only came for a direct deposit form for work. Why can't I access this online? 🙄 And this is not an isolated situation. It's been like this for years. What's been done to improve the consumer experience at this branch for the past 10 something years?

      Response from the owner

Hey Maria - Definitely not the sentiment or experience we're aiming for. We definitely understand the frustration here and we'll be sure to get this feedback in front of our branch leadership's eyes so your voice is heard. ^AJS

I mean come on, I ask for two rolls of quarters and you tell me you can only give me one. That’s pretty nuts. Get it together. There is nothing redeeming about this particular location.

      Response from the owner

We hear you on this 100%. While accomodating every request is the ideal, due to the current coin shortage we're sometimes unable to grant every request. Rest assured though, we'll get this feedback in front of the right eyes.^AS

Standing here 8:50 am and the danm machine eats my card as well as three others. The back employee inside and does nothing to help anyone but say to wait till 9am. All she simply has to do is open the machine and give people there cards. Inefficient people working at this branch. STAY AWAY...

      Response from the owner

Hi Leonardo, thanks for sharing your feedback from your ATM and branch employee experience. We'll share your concerns with our leadership team.
