  Apollo has always been amazing and polite and helpful!!! We had life catch up to us on many occasions but every time he’s been very supportive and kind throughout the entire process and always pushed for a little extra in all the maximum services available to help us get our needs accomplished. In really tight times when we’ve fallen behind he’s also been very cordial in aiding us in trying to figure out extensions and flexibility in our repayments. Thank You 😎

  I came in with all my documents ready and prepared. The first words out of the Employees mouth were, “we can’t use that bank statement it’s beyond 30 days old”, at which point I pointed out that I had more than just one bank statement with. I was next advised that because my identification was in Wisconsin that I was not eligible to apply for a loan even though the website specifically states that as long as you work in Minnesota, which I do, that you can still get a payday loan. He then wanted to know where I lived. I explained that I was staying in a hotel because I have been looking for a place to rent in the Cities area. Apparently that also was not good enough. I had a bank statement showing income of $68,000 in one month, I own a BMW, I had all of the items that are required according to the website, and yet I was treated, from the second that I walked in with hostility , suspicion and inconsideration. I was not given any explanation as to why the website states that you can get a loan if you have a residence in Wisconsin but work in Minnesota. I was just told no. I have never received such Poor service from a company in my entire life. I would definitely not ever recommend going there. They obviously don’t follow through with what their website states which means that it’s false advertising. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well. Very disappointed.
