  Went in with a custom AR that cost $4000 to build. Included an Eotech, custom trigger, safety, barrel, literally everything is custom. Offered to pawn for $350. The rifle carrying case cost half of that. Clown show

  Went in with plenty of good jewelry Walked in, and saw nothing. There was an older man who i guess attempted to assist me. Asked what all they took. I was told rolex type jewelry. He looked at what i brought in and was like this is costume stuff i wouldn't be interested. (Mind you it was NOT costume jewelry.) Not a place i would go back too. Not a welcoming shop.

  I just wanna say Thank You so much to Pawn Now. I recently visited the store on Mesa Dr. and Southern and had an amazing experience. They have the Best Friendliest customer service. I felt very good about things. They have a great variety of many different items and are willing to work with you as much as they can. I also visited the store in Apache Junction and Joe one of the employees is an amazing guy. Very helpful and also willing to help you as much as possible. I will NEVER go anywhere else. Thank you again so so so much Pawn Now you guys are AMAZING!

  The guy at the counter made me feel like a piece of garbage with his condescending dismissive demeanor. Lied about the quality of my product most likely because he simply did not want to deal with such a small sale. I highly recommend going down the street bto Money Mike's he's the real deal in town!

  Great experience through these guys, I needed a few bucks to get my father a birthday present and we were able to come up with a deal to make that happen. Taking 5 video games (that they wouldn't usually take) and giving me just enough with the little bit I had to purchase Diamondback tickets! Thanks for helping out!

  Back and forth 3 times today. Can't take my laptop because no serial number, sure fair enough. Can't take my PS4 because I don't have my controller. Weird, but maybe they can't test it without it. Won't take the PS4 with controller because the serial number ON THE CONTROLLER is worn. It's there and readable, but worn. Yeah sure. Thanks.

  Screw that round guy behind the counter. Went in looking to pawn a nail gun that you guys cant keep in stock. Trust me I originally tried 9 different shops in the valley lookin for one when I was in the market and only 1 shop had them and we're charging full retail for used condition merchandise. Anywho his response was.....I can give you 35$ on it. I'm all wow there cpt generous you do know what your looking at right? He's all "yeah gotta whole shelf full full of them back there" long story short I went 4.5 miles up the road to they're sister store and was given......*twice* his offer with a hell of a lot nicer attitude to match. Sorry big man, your costing the company $.

  Never ever go to this place!!!! Rip off!!! Offered me $60 I said no, the told me it was worth $540, but some guy he called on the phone offered him $100 for it so he would only pay $60 for a 1948 Buescher 140 "Big B" Aristocratic alto saxophone. Look it up on EBay and see what he saw when he was standing acrossed the counter from me telling me $60. I don't mind getting offered less so a business can make a profit. But this is just beyond that! Stay away!!! Beware!!! Snake!!!

  Went into pawn shop and they told me that a white diamond ring I had was no precious metal they have. I got the business where I purchased the ring from on my cell phone. The guy got upset because he asked the pawn guy who places diamonds inside ring that is not precious metal. I guess the 1.2 carat dimond ring was too much for them to Loan me the money on. The guy asked me to leave after hearing the person I purchased the ring from call them idiots. I think I was a race thing. Aw, I am African American!
