  Since I'm living in a foreign country, it's hard to buy the property in Syracuse without Frank's help. He did everything for me. He found the management company and the insurance broker for me. So without leaving my home everything is under control now. I'd definitely come back to him to get another property in the near future.

  Frank Procopio truly had challenges in the transaction to close the sale of my three family rental property. He absolutely rose to the occasion right from the start. He got three firm offers for the sale price on the first day. Along the way until closing there were numerous difficulties he conquered which initially seemed insumountable. Frank is hard working, intelligent, knowledgable. and respectful. I would highly recommend Procopio Real Estate to anyone in need of and agent.

  Very Disappointed in performance of my realtor. Once buyer committed it took 11 months for closing and I had to do all leg work. All I received from agent was excuses why he could not help.

  Ann I am truly sorry to hear that and you can call me anytime to discuss at 3153500571. We did our job and put your property under contract quickly. New York state is an attorney state and after that we do not have much control. After reviewing what transpired it seems there was a major lack of communication from the attorney you chose, in fact we had even advised you switch attorneys. I am a firm believer in accountability and will be the first to admit if we make a mistake as we are human but that is not the case in this matter. I am sorry you feel the need to point the finger at us but what transpired on your deal was out of our control.

  This is a company that likes to give back to the community! Thank you so much for your generous donations of pumpkins to All Saints Elementary. Because of Covid our children were not able to attend field trips so we set up the pumpkins and created our own pumpkin patch for the children to pick from. Again, thank you so much!
