  I like apples, but what I like more is this pawn shop I come here more than anywhere and I don't mind wasting my time the guy Zack is a cool dude and there is no missing charge for a pawn ticket like other pawn shops. Do I need to say more.

  First let me say they don't even deserve one star, but google wont let you post unless you do. The people who run this pawn shop are the worst in every way. Given the current economic situation we are in they are taking full advantage of hard working people just trying to get by. Had a gun on loan, called today and they said they have already sold it. That would seem a little impossible if they were upholding the 3 day hold law. No phone call no communication. Clearly had a history of paying monthly to hold the gun. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Burrow. Please if you are having hard times do not go to these people because they will only take full advantage of you and there is other pawn shops that will treat you like you are a person and not just a dollar sign. This pawn shop needs to be shut down and the people running it....... Karma will get you! if the community doesn't get you first!

  This place offered me $20 for $190 worth of brand new tools. I was only looking to pawn for a few days. Unbeknownst to them I am a secret shopper looking for this. Travel a little further to get your deal. I just got what I was looking for at Orange Pawn on East Bay Drive

  Man besides the fact that there's no such thing as a $190 Ryobi Circular Saw kit, this is clearly slander from the Pawn Shop that hired you. "SHOPPERS" are hired by companies to evaluate THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES. Not to try and take business away from my store. I guarantee I'll pay MORE for nice tools than anybody else in my area, it shows when you come in and see how much nice tools circulate through my sales floor. Thanks, Zach

  These guys are awesome go see for yourself!! Great customer service and more than reasonable. I didn’t leave feeling cheated like I do at most pawn shops I’ll definitely be back !!!

  I have been to the shop several times looking for equipment and each time it is a hassle and I walk out wondering why I even went in there. One employee is willing to bargain and deal with you and he shies away from the owner. The owner is a@$!# the owner doesn't want to bargain or work any deals. Things that are listed for sale or not available sometimes the owner will argue with his employee in front of the customers. The place is dirty they have a very small selection of things

  Very rude guys. Will not let you plug anything in. When you try to look at something they get grabby on stuff that doesn't even belong to them. If your looking for another angry guy with boundary issues to shake up your day, stop on by. Don't worry, every employee I encountered seemed to have the same training. Now we can add liars to the list. It was 2 hours to closing. I did not try to leave with the guitar. The only information asked for was whether the guitar was at this pawn shop. What you put out there will come back. Impressions are permanent. The hole you dig only gets deeper when you mess with it.

  Seriously? This guy wanted to buy a guitar that was in pawn from one of my regular loyal customers and when closing time came around after I let him test the guitar for 30 minutes he got all whiny because I had to put the amps and cords away. He also got upset that I wouldn't give out my pawn customers information over the phone which is just me protecting my customers interest and privacy. And he wanted to take the guitar out of the store before any payment was even made. I had no problem with him making a private deal inside my business but he wanted to make a big fuss out of it when I had to close my store and told him it was crunch time to decide whether you wanted to buy the guitar not. The whole guitar sale deal was between two separate private parties that had nothing to do with my business. I'm more than happy to let customers test items they buy out of here for as long as time is they need it

  THEY LET YOU PAY DOWN ON YOUR PAWN AMOUNT BALANCE WHILE IT'S STILL IN PAWN! It's the only shop I know that lets you pay off your pawn loan in separate payments instead of having to pay it all off at once in the full amount. Helped me out because I had a loan around $1000, made much easier to redeem. Price offers were fair also.

  Not a very great selection. Dirty and messy. Disorganized. I've been in several times and a couple times the staff were arguing. They don't agree on pricing and offering deals to guests. Pricing is way too high for the poor products they carry. Don't know how they stay open. The owner just responded to my review and is argumentative and is calling me a liar. This just goes to show you what kind of a person he is.

  Google search this guy's name and Florida Department of Law Enforcement, check for yourself and if it's the type of person you would want to take advice from. Don't know what he's even talking about anyway...

  Knowing that I can pay off my loan balance in payment I would ask for more money then I would if I had to come up with the whole lump sum at one time. That's very smart on their part and good business
