  I have used Integrity Financial for a couple of loans. We were having trouble getting our home loan completed in a timely manner. I pulled it from that broker, and called Tony Paredes at Integrity Financial. Tony took over the loan personally, and had us at the closing table on time with the best rate anyone else quoted us. Throughout the process, Tony and his staff were on top of their game, making sure that we didn't lose any valuable time. Since then, I have referred them out to several friends, who all raved about how great this firm is. Thanks to Tony and his staff for everything that they do!

  We had a great experience with Mark and his team at Integrity Financial Services. We purchased a Short Sale and we all know they should be called Long Sales due to how long it takes. Marks team answered all my questions and was very prompt in doing so. Mark helped me through the whole process and even hooked me up with a great home insurance company. Every time I called I got an answer or one very shorlty. All my emails or phone calls were answered very quickly. This was my first home purchase and Mark and his team at Integrity Financial Services made it go very smooth. I would definitely recommend this company and would use again for sure. Thank you Mark!

  These guys are amazing!! They are very responsive and easy to work with. I have done a few closing in my lifetime and by far this was one of the easiest I have every done. I can't recommend everyone at Integrity Financial enough!! Truly a great group to work with!

  Tony and his team are great. They deserve nothing but a 5 Star. Over the last few years Tony has helped me with a few loans and it's always top notch service and execution. If you're considering a different lending company, don't. They get it done.

  I currently am the Title Agent that handles the Refinances with Integrity Financial Services of Tampa Bay. In my 14 years in title, there are very few Lender's and Mortgage individuals that stick out in our industry. Mark Spence, Kelly Gallion, Barbara Strickland and Christie Caldwell, and the rest of the staff are absolutely amazing to work with. I cannot tell you how thankful I am as a title agent to work with an entire team of people that not only understand their positions in full detail, but they are all super responsive, always available to their customers and always go above and beyond. I highly recommend using this amazing group of people on your refinance or if you need a VERY reliable and attentive lender. 5 Stars doesn't even cover it!

  Very excellent company the owner and his team are very friendly and helpful. They worked very hard to close my loan in a short period of time especially with the circumstances of my prior work history and personal family situation.   Integrity(less) is more like it. Strung along myself and our buyer to think everything was on track with their FHA mortgage, then hit up our buyer the DAY BEFORE CLOSING for proof of income, water test, proof of stimulus money deposit, etc...four weeks went by already... wasting my time...

  Thank you for reaching out to us on behalf of the borrower. Unfortunately, things do come up last minute, and are added to the loan as well as federal restraints that we must adhere to. Once you brought this file to our attention, our management team got involved and we were clear to close the loan the following day! The borrower was aware of the added last minute conditions as we were in constant contact with the borrower. We strive to do our best and we're very happy we were able to close the loan the next day and move forward!
