  Pawn 1 gets my vote. I’ve been to a fair amount of pawn shops and they’re usually staffed with and kept by people just don’t want to talk to you as much, don’t even mention customer service. These guys are the first professional pawn shop I’ve ever been to. If you want a fair shake, come visit these guys.

  Everyone is always so nice and upbeat. I get great deals and they will work with you as best as they can. I always leave very satisfied. There’s no other pawn shop in brem like this one!

  I love this pawn shop I frequent this store 3 to 4 times a month and all the staff is always kind and courteous. They have great prices and they give room to negotiate when purchasing any item. I am actually on my way there now.

  Friendly staff and fair pricing, they are the polar opposite of the Cash America Pawn right down the street. Not all their pricing makes sense but the majority of it is pretty close.

  This place has been going down hill for the last few months it seems like there is new people every other day used to be a good place until that started happening most of the people who work there either don't know what they are talking about when it comes to products or they either want to low ball you to the point its not even worth pawning anything there or they just won't take it. I went to sale some games here and these games are adult owned and was turned away no scratches on the disc's I have bought games from here ps4/3 and most of these games have scratches on them and the systems won't read them. Being turned away to go to your competitor is pretty sad.

  This place is absolutely the BEST Pawn Shop i have been in. Once i enter i feel like a king, they spoil you to the fullest, and they are always working with you. Their customer service is BREATH TAKING. I have the workers pinch me 4 or 5 times per visit just to make sure i'm not dreaming, THATS HOW GOOD OF DEALS THEY GIVE. The store is so clean is makes you think they are disinfecting the entire store every 20 minutes! I always leave Pawn 1 with a smile on my face as i knew i got the best deal i could of possibly got, and next time i go in i know i'll feel the same way! THEY CAN DO NO WRONG! Tyler specifically is probably the coolest, most awesome guy in the store! He has a beard that looks so heavenly, SO RIGHT, that i know everyone that leaves the store after seeing that majestic face sweater, takes the next 3 weeks trying to achieve that sort of greatness. All in all, Pawn 1 is the only Pawn shop you should be going to.

  I came by here to find a ring for my lady, the worker, Taè was very helpful and super friendly! I'll be honest, without her, I'd be lost! Thank you so much Taè for being so wonderful!!!

  Went in to purchase a laptop. Nobody came to the cases to show them to me. Went to the front and got in line. When it was my turn "Julisha" was cashiering. Timothy came over with some guy that wanted a discount and so they both helped him. When that was done (I'm still standing in a very obvious line of people) Julisha started wrapping a box and I move to stand against the counter so she can't miss me and still goes to help someone else. The whole time chatting with Timothy. I just left as I'm sure others did. It's the worst customer service! I'll be giving my money to a company that deserves it. I went and bought a laptop at Cash America instead.
