  I have been with this outstanding credit union for 6 months now, and I LOVE IT, and the way they handle Customers and their banking needs; it's almost as if the "Espree de Corps" spirit has been 'infused' into the folks who are there for you every day; everything almost has a military feel to it during the "line process feed" as it runs through the day... They sure beat all to ** 'H E double toothpicks'** outta every other so called credit union!! If you are not yet there as a member, you should stop in, and see what they can do for you!! Be Safe and Healthy everyone!! Happy Holidays!

  I walked to this place from the west end of the naval shipyard, it took about an hour, I told the person who was assisting, Annie about the walk and she took it upon herself to get the bank manager to re route 20 dollars into my checking account because they were unable call a ride for me because of covid. All of this without asking. Outstanding credit union that values customer experience

  Credit Unions are the way to go for all your banking needs and Navy federal credit Union is at the top of the list. This one in Bremerton is right down town in a very good location. The only reason for a four star and not a five star is the parking situation which is poor all over if you want free parking. There is 30 minute parking right in front but normally full. The tellers are great and always helpful. The ATM is out of the weather and that is nice. Good job over all.

  Anna Cambell went above and beyond for me today. I was on the hunt for a Eisenhower coin. She was on her way out the door. And got it for me regardless. Thank you so much for all you do!

  Navy Federal...REALLY??? You opened for service on the governments official recognition of Vereran's Day, but closed on the following Saturday? Seriously, I suppose you think that's fair business, but I promise for all the military and veterans who did not come yesterday because they expected you'd be closed, and waited until today to take care of their banking business, who showed up to LOCKED doors, do not in any way, shape or form find it to be. Those of us who waited until today to take care of their banking needs will now have to take time off of work to get it done. I know that I am speaking for at least 20 members who are now lined up in the pouring rain at your ATM terminal to get emergency cash since they too expected you to be opened today.

  If you don't bank with Navy Federal, DO NOT accept their cashier's checks. Their checks are as good as the T.P in an out-house at the fair. These fake looking checks have no value and no bank is willing to honor them without a 10-14 day hold due to the bad and dishonorable history with Navy Federal Cashier's Checks. The African American branch manager asked us to leave for refusing to open a business account with them, it was the only way for him to honor their own cashier's check. Sorry Mr. Bad attitude, we have a real bank behind us. This is simply ROBBERY and we will never accept any payment coming from your C.U members. I am left with a $13,000 cashier's check to wipe my bottom with. THANK YOU for the great hospitality and the outstanding impression you made today.

  Terrible service! Long story short we were there for over an hour and NO ONE HELPED US. We had our dog with us which my husband waited outside with and I was inside waiting to get called, when we were informed no pets were allowed in. People who arrived after us were getting called back. The man who works the front was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. Gave us an attitude after taking easily 5 mins to greet us even though we were the only ones there. He needs a different job if he can’t handle this one. We ended up leaving without getting anything done. Seriously, the worse branch I ’ve ever been to.

  Why is it so difficult to get a statement printed out? Why do they always ask if you use online banking... yes I do, but I need something from the bank. Took over 20 minutes and still never got a statement. Spoke to the manager who was also not helpful. What ever happened to good customer service? Don't come here unless you have nothing else to do for the rest of the day.

  Hi my name is Russell Wyatt I was a victim of identity theft Someone opened accounts with navy federal credit Union in my name I have filed a police report and FTC report I even filed a complaint With the Better Business Bureau and the consumer financial protection bureau And I filed disputes with the credit bureaus And I have sent you guys all the documents showing Clear evidence this was fraud. I even called navy federal credit Union a 176 times since December 1st trying to get this straightened out and you guys refuse to help me. You guys even forced me to pay off one of those accounts that where not mine

  I absolutely love navy federal. After two different bank gave my personal information out i was leery of them all. Now i am signing up the rest of my family. Thanks Navy Fed. THANK YOU CASSIE!!!
