  Kindra worked her butt off to make our loan happen. She did everything she could and communicated nonstop to help ease my mind in an already stressful situation trying to help get our son into a vehicle! We got what we needed and she is phenomenal!

  Would give 6 stars if i could! I am one of those cases where my credit score doesn't really reflect if I'm a responsible person. Cassidy was amazing! The week i pulled the trigger on trying to finance a car my boys where out of school 3 days due to snow and ice, and on top of that I'm self employed and was trying to wrap up a job and get paid so i could pay the down payment. The week was a total friggin mess needless to say! Cassidy was amazing start to finish, fought to get me the loan, put up with several reschedules, and was a joy to work with. Highly recommend!

  tried to get a loan they wanted me to use my truck as collateral but my wife's name is on it but she didn't want to be on the loan. they said she could release interest in the car. We asked how it was legal for her to release interest in the car when she already had another loan on the car. Found it to be a bit sketchy that I asked that the release of interest in a vehicle paperwork be faxed to my wife for review before she left work to come sign them and they refused. said she had to either join the loan (which i could do for her) or she had to come into the office and read and sign. Does not sound very legle to me.

  Loan to pay bill, told by branch manager they would Fed-Ex . Asked to have Fed-Ex shipping #,2 days and still no #, went in to ask why .Turns out they 'snail mailed' after telling me 2x they had Fed-Ex # they just had to find it.Lied to me about it , offered to pay any damages, but the fact is they lied!
