  Jenn has always been professional and helpful. Even when the irs claims not to receive my return she has gone above to re print and to even get a fax number. Will gladly refer everyone I know!

  We’ve been to the Liberty Tax off Wheaton Way! We were there today and they (Sheralynne Petty) we’re so so kind and helpful! We were rushed or anything. She took her time and kindly answered any questions we had and helped us with changing a few things for our taxes next year! I highly recommend them. 🥰

  The service is okay but apparently you didn't listen to me when I told you I had my own account to my bank for direct deposit but instead you gave me a NetSpend card anyway which messed up my stimulus checks beware people beware make sure that you tell them you have a bank account and you do not want NetSpend

  We have been using Liberty for years. They are fast and easy. Can't ask for a better tax service. The hours are good for working people and they have an area for the kids while you file your taxes. Teri & Teri Allen

  My wife & I were trying to file our taxes ourself with Turbo Tax this year and we knew something was wrong because a lot of our credits were not showing. Sheralynne was in touch with my wife that night and had us in the next morning & figured everything out for us. She was even able to get us more than we were expecting! She did a great job. And she even played with our one year old to keep him occupied while we signed our papers. She’s great! 5/5 recommend !!!

  Sheralynne was absolutely wonderful!! After a few horrific encounters with a different company, she made us feel like family and put our minds at ease. We even found out that the other place told us wrong information regarding forms we filed. Thank you for setting us in the right direction!

  Liberty Tax is a very nice environment with a very professional staff. The ladies in the office were very helpful and kind. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I strongly recommend them!

  Been doing my taxes here for years. Shout out to Sherrie T for always doing an amazing job. Aaand they send text reminders of the appointment which is super nice for me.
