  Joe.s team is awesome. My wife an I recently moved from Illinois and were very pleased how Pathway made the entire process easy and were concerned with our best interests through out the process. I really felt they were on our side. We had some circumstances that concerned us that would make the process would be a nightmare. Pathway made it easy every step of the way.   Joe and his team are the absolute BEST mortgage company you'll ever find! His expertise, knowledge of the business, including the underwriting process, is second to none. This was not my first home buying experience either. Don't waste your time with anyone else. If I could give 6 stars I would!
