      I was already hesitant to go to a Pawn shop but I need to some extra cash when I went to value pawn The manager and Hispanic lady made me Feel like a burden and honestly made me feel really badly about myself that I was having to pawn something They were making it very difficult and complicated. It seems unusual that a business like that can treat customers in a way that makes them so uncomfortable I left empty handed feeling like a burden, I sat in the parking lot in make calls to other pawn shops that I went to and was greeted with friendly Employees and was able to take care of me in 5 minutes. I will never go back to Value pawn. People that or having to pawn something usually are in tough situations and to have a place that supposed to help make you feel so uncomfortable and make things complicated I don't understand how there and business

      Kellie did a great job selling me a television it was only $60 for a 60 inch at insignia wonderful customer service wonderful product everything worked very reputable place!!!!

      They are the most amazing staff I needed a loan to get my daughters medication and it was 5 minutes after closing but they still let me in. I couldn't believe it they got me the money I needed to so I could get my daughter better I appreciate Barron, Damarys ,Darryl and Kelly so much for letting me come in after hours if you ever need anything this is the place to go!!!!
