  We needed a team who could do the job quick, and Jon and his team excelled. We were not expecting to purchase an investment property last summer but then we got a call from a Realtor who knew us and we decided to jump. We had the contract before the place even listed. That meant no pre-planning. We went in cold. We also own a small business, and everyone knows that only makes the process even more...fun. Wasn't an issue for VanDyke. They knew how and what to do, and when to do it. Months after a drama-free closing, I called Jon over the holidays to ask a question about financing for a future effort. He wasn't able to handle our loan, but spent time talking and even scheduled a call for the next day to let us know what his research suggested we do -- for a loan he won't make a penny off of! During Christmas. That's service. Thanks again.

  I cannot say enough good things about this company. As a first time home buyer, I was nervous (and clueless) to say the least.   As a Realtor I've worked with several different Mortgage companies. Jon & his team are without a doubt one of the best! I can call them day/night weekends and they get it done. They were pre-approved with another lender who denied their loan at the last minute, so told them to not give up and called Jon. Jon and his wonderful team saved the day and closed quickly!   I used Van Dyk mortgage for my mortgage in the summer months of 2017. The staff was very helpful and attentive and made sure that all of my documentation was handled timely and in a secure fashion.   Jon has helped many of my family members over the years. His attention to detail and knowledge truly shows throughout the whole mortgage process. The last deal he did for my father we actually ended up closing a week or so earlier than what the date on the contract was. Great service all around!!!
