  Jason Thurber and Cornerstone Lending Group are simply the best mortgage brokers in the Sarasota/Manatee area. Jason Thurber is the most through, up to date and educated broker I've had the pleasure to work with. Keep in mind that I've been in the building and real estate business for over 30 years. He has been extremely helpful to all the clients I've referred him to even in cases when they were unable to use him for one reason or an other. He is the best at keeping clients up to date on their process and never misses a time line. When Jason's on the job I don't have to worry about anything on the financing end. If you want to know anything about any type financing product give Jason a call, he will answer!

  I used Tom to provide financing for a home purchase. My situation was complicated, but Tom embraced a situation that others ran from. He was able to get the deal done in a timely, cost effective manner. I am no expert on Mortgage Brokers. However, my realtor was a Mortgage Broker for 6 years prior to selling real estate., she couldn’t say enough goods things about Tom even though it was her first experience with him. I highly recommend him.

  I was first referred to Dan Crowley many years ago, and have worked with him on both mortgages and refi's. What has always impressed me about Dan was the fact he would show me the best solution to my need regardless of whether or not it meant business for him. Often it did not. His expertise and honesty are such that I've been happy to refer him to any family member or friend in need of mortgage advice and they've always found Dan as I've described. But outside of the mortgage business, Dan is just a good guy.
