      This business is like any other big car dealer, expensive and questionable. I had an old Honda that I brought in for service from time to time. They charged a lot and in return I got minimal service at best. Honesty is not their strong suit either. They told me just enough to keep siphoning money from me, but failed to disclose the entire truth. I won't be returning.

      Came in to inquire about trading in my 2014 CRV and Gaylen was there to walk me through the process. Gaylen was very attentive to my wants in a new vehicle and was able to get us through the transaction quickly and smoothly. She was great to work with. Brandie did excellent with the paperwork and explained everything. I purchased my first CRV at another dealership but after this experience I would recommend Parker Johnstone Honda above all other dealers. The whole transactions only took about 2 hours and we were able to enjoy the rest of the day in our new Honda.

      Wonderful experience at this clean, orderly site with friendly and helpful staff. Even though we didn’t ultimately buy from here since it was too far from where we live, Geri was extremely courteous and helpful. We did not feel pressured or uncomfortable as we have in other car sales locations. Highly recommend this Honda dealership!

      I bought a nearly-new Honda HRV on Oct.18, 2017. I had an amazing experience with the people at Wilsonville Honda. I would recommend a particular sales person if you want to have the best buying experience of your life. His name is Armando Lopez. And, no, I'm not his Mom! I had decided the day before that I couldn't drive a "big" car and I entered the dealership quite anxious and nervous but I knew I needed a new car. I had my old one way too long. Upon entering I was greeted by Tracey who introduced me to Armando. I told him I had been looking at different cars and that I would probably just be looking today because I hadn't made up my mind about what size and model I wanted - never mind if I even wanted a Honda. He was very patient with me. There was no rushing or pushing - just listening to my concerns and what I wanted to happen. And to make a long story short - He made it all happen! He helped me over come my fears and drive away with the perfect car for me. Everyone, from the Financing Department, to the rest of the staff were quality people to work with.       We were very pleased with our experience at Parker Johnstone Wilsonville Honda. Michael treated us with respect and went out of his way to ensure we received prompt service and complete information. He treated us as if we were his own family member purchasing a new car, was patient with our indecision at times and a delight to work with in all respects.       Started off on a bad foot with an unreasonably low offer on our trade-in. I know it was low b/c we ended up selling the car on Craigslist 18 hours later for nearly double their offer. I get that the price should be lower than CL, but the offer was offensively low. Then we negotiated a little while over a new Pilot. When we realized we were too far apart on price we said we were going to pass. At that point Aaron M. kept badgering us about the price we could pay (not once improving their offer) and he became condescending and glib about our last/best offer. We had to assertively tell Aaron "no" literally four separate times. We also emailed Aaron's manager (Larry S.) about our experience, and have yet to receive a reply (this all happened about a week ago). It's unfortunate we had a bad experience because we've been going to the dealership for many years to have our old Pilot serviced. The folks we've dealt with in service over the years earn 5-stars. But after this experience with Aaron and Larry, we won't be going back.

      Unfortunately, after being a custome since the opening of the Wilsonville Honda location and having purchased/leased well over 10 vehicles, I will no longer be visiting this location for service. Over that las two years I have not been impressed by the customer service or the ability of the staff/mechanics to provide accurate information or resolve issues. But the misinformation I received this Monday really did it for me, as I always get second and third opinions before committing to costly mechanical work, it is clear that the current staff does not have the customers interest in mind. They seem to be motivated by commission rather than customer satisfaction. They become your typical pushy car dealership that provides mediocre service. All the good mechanics I used to see there and trust with my vehicles seem to have all moved on, unfortunate.

      I went for a simple oil change for my Honda Accord. I was greeted very nicely by the advisers and had great time talking with Ty about all the cars on display. I never felt oil change was this fun! I would definitely visit this place again. Ty also educated me on additional services I could do. I accepted all his recommendations and it was all done quick and most important it was done perfectly! Thank you every one!

      I have always been impressed with this dealership since moving to Oregon a few years back. Being new to the area, I wanted to find a place I was comfortable with to bring in our Honda. I decided to start with Wilsonville Honda and have not brought our Honda to any other place since. Jennette and Kristina are some of the friendliest service advisors I have ever met. They even remembered my name months after seeing them the first time! And so far, all the work I have had done with them has always been done right the first time. They may cost a little more than other places, but I trust Wilsonville Honda to do the work on our Honda. I can't say that about the other dealerships or repair shops I have used for our other vehicle.
