  They take twice as long to deposit checks and deposit money’s than any bank I’ve had in my 20 years of having accounts. It’s really frustrating in a paycheck to paycheck world. Looking into other credit unions.

  Loan rates is good, but customer service can be really bad.. some of them are nice, but many times I had to deal with snobby representatives. They'd talk super fast and got snotty when I couldn't understand what they're saying lol

  called several times a month for 6 months straight about a reoccurring problem. was told it was going to be fixed every time. kept happening. finally got charged a crazy amount in fees for something i had been assured serval times had been fixed. and then was told they could do nothing for me! choose. a different. bank. you’ll be glad you did.

  Never had an issue with this bank. We love them. I love that theres a branch closer to Portland now, even if its Wilsonville. I hope that a branch even closer to Portland, or one in Portland gets built. They are always very friendly to us when we come in there and we never have any issues.

  I've been a member for almost 20 years and I doubt I'll ever leave. I'm confused by the negative reviews on here because I've worked with other banks and credit unions and Oregon community is head and shoulders above them in terms of customer service and lower. I have a car loan through them, two business accounts and a personal account. I even have a few friends who have also moved from Eugene where we started our accounts to Portland and all the branches are less convenient at this point we all agree we don't want to lose our great relationship with Oregon community. Their online banking is easier and better than anywhere else and there seem to be fewer glitches. I hope they open up another Portland branch!

  I've had nothing but trouble and a bad experience. I left a message to the lady I spoke with in person a WEEK ago and she still has not returned my call regarding my online banking. When I was there she had horrible people skills, spoke over me, and didn't know what she was doing and had no interest in my frustrations or fixing them. They couldn't reset my password over the phone bc they asked *random* computer made questions which I did not know the answers to bc none of them applied to my loan account! Today got a call from a recorded voice saying I am late on my payment that I made online last week. I do not recommend this bank!
