      Ever since park national took over security national the customer service is awful. They are slow when you have just basic transactions, treat you very rude when you come in like you're an inconvenience, and the online system and app for online banking that they recommend you use instead of coming in only works about half the time. We have highly considered taking our business elsewhere.
