  Not a very good pawn shop they don't Pawn laptops tools or anything else

  I bought a "smart tv" not even two weeks ago, I took it back to the store within 7days after buying it because I can't get the TV to work with the smart remote for anything at all. I even tried to sync my cable remote to it, and downloading smart remote to my phone, and nothing works. The store rep told me because I didn't buy their bogus plan that they wanted me to buy the TV was sold as is even within the 7day of buying. So now I'm stuck with a incapable "smart tv" that I have to turn on with the actual power button and I can't even change the volume. $300+ wasted, I won't ever go back to this shop.

  Wish I could have gave them zero. I needed help from a manager and they left me on hold forever, finally I just hung up. With all the changes in state laws you would think they would be more willing to help their pre existing customers. But then again, you are not exactly known for your customer service. Thanks for wasting my time.

  I've always had good service with them and enjoyed the products I've bought from them. TVs blu ray players games and tools etc and everything has been priced right and I've never had any issues.

  Bought a 55" tv on the 26th the screen keeps goin out they won't do anything about it and when I asked y they would even sell a broken TV an the man response was well we are a pawnshop... seriously?! So u basically telling me because ur a pawnshop that it's ok to sell a broken TV?! Never agan smh

  Where to start first I had an interview my God the chick that did my interview thought she was better than me cause she was a woman (she actually said that, and that was the reason I would not work for them.) Ok cool whatever right. A month later they hired my roommate who stole my xbox and games. They would rather hire a thief. Dont go dont waste your time. That place is a joke

  This place has a very friendly, fair, and understanding staff. I would not go anywhere else after my experiences with them. Highly recommended.

  Very friendly and very clean well organized and well priced items I love going to just the talk to the lovely lady’s such a good vibe every time I come in

  Their prices are fair on most things, so if you're looking to buy, it's ok. If you are looking to sell, however, they will offer you a third or less of what they'll sell the item for, and it is completely non-negotiable, so I would not recommend selling anything here.
