I have used several different banks in the Newark area as my job involves handling dozens of bank accounts (Rep Payee accounts) and this has by far been the most helpful bank I've ever been to. It is small bank but I've never had to wait in line when I go inside. There are many drive thru lanes that makes it quick and easy if you don't need to go inside. The staff goes above and beyond, TRULY. They have been so knowledgeable and helpful that I instantly knew I needed to leave a review to thank them for their great customer service.
