  Working with Nicki, has been two words: Life Changing. When I met with Nicki to discuss my property purchase goals, I never felt pressured. Her friendly personality and knowledgeable responses to my questions let me know that I could trust her with my mortgage application. Nicki did not just take my application and send me on my way. I received emails, text messages, and phone calls from her to check-in and make sure I was always aware of what was going on and to confirm I did not have questions or need anything. I recommend Nicki to anyone that wants a complete a new mortgage.

  I have banked with First Fed my whole life and it has always been a good experience. When my fiancé and I were ready to build our first house, Ryan West worked with us wonderfully through the construction loan application process and was very timely with keeping things moving.   Nicki was great at First Federal in Heath. She worked wonderfully for us and made sure that we were aware of everything each step of the way. She was able to get us into our loan without issues and was always upfront about what would work and what would with us. We will continue to work with First Federal for our mortgages.

  We built a new home and couldn't have done it without Nicki Mayabbs assistance. Her knowledge on new build loans was extensive. She was very professional and was able to answer any questions we had through out home building experience. I was so impressed with her and First Federal that I switched banks opening up a new checking and savings account.
